If not, please sign-up today!  There is no cost or obligation, and you will be able to view your child’s art projects throughout the school year.  You will also have the option to order custom keepsakes featuring your child’s artwork with the proceeds benefiting our Schnecksville PTO.  Please register today!

The Parkland Community Advisory Council will hold its February meeting on Thursday, February  19, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Administration Building, located at 1210 Springhouse Rd, Allentown, PA 18104.

February 13th : Weather Makeup Day AND Valentine's Socials  

February 13th is now an in-person learning day. We will be making up for the inclement weather day that occurred on December 2, 2025, on February 13, 2026. This will be a regular in-person instructional school day.

                AND
The Parkland School District Elementary Schools’ Valentine’s Day Celebration will take place on Friday, February 13th, 2026. Schools were originally scheduled to be closed on February 13th, but it is now a snow makeup day.

Your child(ren) are permitted to distribute Valentine cards to each other in their classroom. Only pre-packaged, store bought food is allowed (either handed out with Valentines or used for snack in the classroom). All food items must be nut free.

Teachers will communicate with you about the Valentine’s Day celebration regarding cards, Valentine’s Day bag/box creations, and other details as needed. If your child participates, they should bring cards for every student in the classroom.
